Review of : CardPool.com
Use : Buy & Sell Gift Cards
CardPool is a website where you can buy and/or sell unwanted gift cards. The site has been around for a long time now (since 2009) and is one of the most popular of its kind.
The idea behind it is simple: Some people earn or are given gift cards they’ll never use. CardPool offers to buy those at a discounted price (heck, you’re not gonna use them anyways). They then turn around and sell them (again, at a discounted price) to people who actually need them.
It sure seems like a great system, but there are some flaws to it and that’s the whole purpose of this review.
The website and brand is owned by Blackhawk Network.
It’s a legit website. But I still am hesitant to use the site as a seller. There are so many complaints about people not being paid… Kinda scary.
The concept is really great. If you’re about to make a purchase (especially online), you should take a quick look at CardPool to see if they offer anything for the brand/store you’re about to buy from.
Basically, it’s free money.
The number of complaints from people not being paid after sending them their gift cards and the lack of responsiveness from support.
It seems like they use a lot of automated and/or template emails that don’t give any reasonable kind of answer.

Let me walk you through the simple steps you should take in order to make real money online.
Because of the high number of complaints, I wouldn’t recommend CardPool for selling your gift cards. Although, if everybody listens to me there won’t be any gift card to buy lol.
The only way I personally would use the website is if I’m about to purchase something: Take a look at CardPool to see if there’s a gift card that could fit my purchase, buy a gift cards at a discounted price and save money on my purchase.
What’s your take on CardPool? Bad or good experience?
